By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

1. General

- I reserve the right to decline any commission for
any reason.

- I retain the copyright to all artwork unless otherwise
agreed in writing.

- These terms may be updated at any time.

 

2. Payment

- Half of payment is required upfront before I begin
work unless otherwise discussed. Final half is taken
before artwork is provided with no watermark

- Payments are accepted through PayPal

- Prices are listed in great British pounds.

- Work will not begin until payment has been
received.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

-Full refunds are available only if I have not started
your commission.

-Once I have begun working, refunds may be partial
depending on the amount completed.

- If I must cancel the commission, you will receive a
full refund.

4. Revisions

- Minor revisions are included during the sketch
phase.

- Major changes requested after approval of the
sketch may incur an additional fee of £10

-Excessive revisions may be declined.

 

5. Turnaround Time

-Estimated completion time is ( 2–6 weeks).

- Delays due to personal circumstances will be
communicated whenever possible.

- Rush commissions may be available for an
additional fee. Price depending on turn around time.

 

6. Client Responsibilities
Please provide:

- Clear references.

- A detailed description of your request.

- Prompt responses to questions or sketch approvals.
Delays in communication may delay the completion of
your commission.

 

7. Usage Rights

Personal Use
Clients purchasing personal commissions may:

- Use the artwork as profile pictures or wallpapers.

- Post the artwork online with credit.

- Print for personal use.

Clients may not:

- Claim the artwork as their own.

- Remove my signature (if present).

- Sell, mint as NFTs, or commercially profit from the
artwork without permission.

- Train AI models using my artwork or upload it to AI
datasets.

 

Commercial Use
Commercial rights must be discussed before ordering
and require an additional licensing fee unless otherwise
agreed.

 

 

8. Artist Rights

I reserve the right to:
-Post the finished commission on my social media
and portfolio.

- Share work-in-progress images.

- Decline requests that violate my boundaries.
If you'd like your commission to remain private, please
discuss this before ordering.

 

9. Will / Won't Draw

✅ Will Draw
- Original characters (OCs)
- Fan art
- Fantasy
- Mild gore 
- Couples

- Personal portraits
- D and D characters

❌ Won't Draw
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Mecha (depending on request)
- Heavy gore (depending on request)
- Illegal or exploitative content
- AI training requests

 

10. Delivery

- Final artwork will be delivered digitally in high
resolution, Via email

- Source files (.PSD, CLIP, etc.) are not included
unless requested separately.

 

11. Communication

Please keep all communication respectful. Harassment,
chargebacks without communication, or abusive
behaviour may result in cancellation and refusal of future
commissions.
